The zipper broke after only three uses.

First purchase made in store, then returned because it was defective. Second purchase made online because the desired size wasn't available in store. The result: the same problem with the shoe's zipper, except this time I didn't keep the box. A pair of ankle boots that my daughter has only been able to wear twice. Very disappointed...!!!
