The product matches the image but the size 45 we usually use was really too small, we thought the inside would be fully lined but it wasn't, so we requested a refund.

Because it was stuffed in the shoe

Huge disappointment: the shoe I ordered is the right size (size 45), but I can't get my foot in it; it's not wide enough and not high enough across the instep. Yet, several years ago, I bought a very similar model. So I bought it with complete confidence: I couldn't try it on in store because they didn't have my size.
