The shape doesn't suit me, even though I find this model very beautiful and of good quality.

The ankle boots arrived scuffed and with dirty soles. I returned them to the store. There, I was told they weren't new. Apparently, they were a product "damaged in the store and put back in stock." Right in front of me, the cashier asked her manager which category to put them in. The answer: "Unsellable." This will be my last purchase from the website.

Good quality and comfortable

I thought it would go up a bit higher on the ankle, but oh well, they're fine.
