Good quality, matches the description

Good product, but you need to work it in well if you have wide feet.

My husband tried them on in the store and absolutely loved them, but they didn't have his size. So we ordered them to be delivered to our home in the correct size, and we still haven't received the shoes or a refund. We're very surprised because we always buy shoes from Chaussea. I'm really waiting to hear back from customer service because we don't want a refund, we want what we ordered.
