Measure your foot

1. Stand in your socks, preferably against a wall, and slide a sheet of paper under your foot.

2. Make sure your heel is pressed against the wall and your foot is flat on the paper.

3. Draw a line in front of the longest toe and another behind the heel.

4. Measure the distance in cm between the two lines.
