I am disappointed with my recent order of men's shoes. Upon receiving them, I noticed a small tear on one of the shoes. Although the product was discounted by 50%, this does not justify sending items without first checking their condition. I consider this unprofessional, especially since I cannot return the shoes as the wedding is only three days away. I am therefore very disappointed by this situation, which could jeopardize my outfit for the event.
