Very poor service from Chaussa. I reserved the product so I could pick it up after work. Then, during the day, I received a congratulatory message for my purchase, even though I never went to the store. The store canceled my reservation and likely validated a purchase for nothing. In the end, I didn't go. Avoid this service; I do not recommend it. I am very disappointed with my first experience.
