I'm very satisfied with the product, as I bought a pair in-store for one of my granddaughters and ordered another pair for her sister. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery: it was scheduled for January 6th, but arrived on January 14th! It would be very appropriate to offer me a refund for the shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill.
