still order a size up

I received my shoes, the right one is a size 37, the left one a 38, so it's impossible to judge the fit! Since my size was no longer available, I had to choose a different model. I had to fill out the sizing information for this item in order to send back the questionnaire! So don't rely on it since I haven't been able to try them on!

Impossible to determine the size since the shoe is size 38 while the insole is size 36. Terrible order! Doesn't deserve one star.
