Very disappointed with the product. After one purchase, the shoe broke at the ankle strap, which my daughter doesn't use because she prefers the zipper. So I ordered another pair, and this time the size is wrong. I only noticed when my mother brought my daughter back in the evening, and unfortunately, she hadn't noticed, so my daughter wore them all day, making an exchange impossible. Really very disappointing.
