Very poor quality product. I bought a pair in-store, and after 10 days, one of the sandals started to come unstitched. The store arranged an exchange by ordering the replacement pair online. Delivery to the pickup point was very fast. To my great surprise, upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that I had been sent a pair in the same condition: brand new, but with the stitching coming undone in exactly the same place. And it was clearly visible that the second sandal was a display model (the insole was blackened). Is there no quality control before shipping??? I've never been a big fan of the Chausséa brand; I went there because we lost our ChaussExpo store and there isn't a shoe store within 25km. Given the time and trips it took, next time I'll choose a more local option!
