After placing my order online, I went to the store where I was told my reservation wasn't available. I asked them to double-check because I could see the product was in stock, but they told me that was impossible. I left and made the purchase online from my car. Strangely enough, the next day they found the sandals. I feel that some people at this store don't listen to their customers. I don't live nearby, and I had to go to the store twice even though the shoes were there, but the sales assistants didn't bother to check. Perhaps they need to be more attentive to their customers.
