Order received with shoes worn at the creases of the treads and black soles, as if they had been used. Shameful! I would have given zero stars if I could. Shredded boxes are one thing, but if I'm going to receive dirty and worn shoes, I would have chosen secondhand and not paid for new ones. You need to review your shipping procedures and ensure that the shoes are in good condition. Thank you. So I exchanged them in-store for something I could find on the shelf.
