One of the shoes shows signs of numerous wear and tear by others; the sole is very dirty, and the inner design is almost completely worn away. I didn't expect to find something like this when I started shopping online.

The shoes run small and are not as described... exchange not accepted, refund issued, and 25% anniversary discount lost... if I had received an exchange, I wouldn't have lost my discount. I don't think this is right.
