My son spotted this pair in the store, but they didn't have his size. The saleswoman told me to order online. I had them delivered to a pickup point, and one shoe arrived smaller than the other. I returned them to the store, but they refused to acknowledge my three unnecessary trips caused by Chaussea. They offered no compensation for the delivery costs or a discount on the replacement pair, despite the inconvenience. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers.
