shoe size too small

I received a size 40 box as ordered, but the shoes inside were size 41. Chaussea made a mistake and offered no solution (they offered a discount on my next order, but I'm not keen on ordering from them again!). They lack seriousness and professionalism; they're quick to take your money, but when it comes to admitting their mistakes and finding solutions, nobody's around!
