They were too big in size 38, so the day after I received them, I called the store where I wanted to exchange them for a size 37. Imagine my surprise when I saw they were priced at €32, whereas I had bought them online for €44.99! I asked the sales assistant if she could reduce the price to €32 or offer some kind of discount (because you can check my purchase history with you, and I think I can consider myself a very good customer...). She simply replied that she couldn't do anything... In short, I'm having a hard time accepting this. A difference of €12.99 is significant. I would appreciate a response, please. Thank you.
