Déçu j'ai commandé en ligne car il m'était impossible de me déplacer dans les grand magasin pour me l'acheter, quand j'ai reçu ma commande j'ai remarqué que les lacets ruban de la chaussure droite était taché, je me suis rendu dans un petit magasin qui m'a conseillé de regarder avec leur collègue d'un autre petit magasin a 30 minutes de chez moi, je les ai appelé et m'ont confirmé qu'entre magasin il ne s'échangeait pas les chaussures, que si je voulais la même paire je devais allez dans les grand magasin qui se trouve a plus d'1h de route. M'étant impossible de me déplacer loin je me vois obligé d'acheter des lacets ruban sur Amazon pour 7€, sachant que j'ai payé la paire de Tom Taylor 39.99€ je m'attendais pas à recevoir des lacets taché.
