Super cute shoes, very comfortable, I love them!

I bought a size 38 in store, which turned out to be too big; the shoe slips off when I walk. So I ordered a size 37 online, which is too small and, despite everything, also slips off. I think the heel might be too heavy, which would explain the problem. However, there were no problems with the return and refund; I was just disappointed. It'll be better next time.

I'll have to receive them one day to say what I think.
