Home delivery

Packages are in most cases dispatched within 2 days after ordering. 
They are shipped with Colissimo with a tracking number. 
The average shipping time is 2 days for France and 2 to 5 days for other countries.
It is possible that the carrier asks for a signature upon delivery. 
It is possible that your order is shipped in several packages. In this case, you will find different tracking numbers in the shipment confirmation email and on your online account. 

Delivery to a collection point

Packages are in most cases dispatched within 2 days after ordering.

The average shipping time is 2 days for France and 2 to 5 days for other countries.
It is possible that the relay point will ask you for a signature and an identity document when collecting the parcel. 
It is possible that your order will be sent in several packages.
In this case, you will find different tracking numbers in the shipment confirmation email and in your online account. 
You will receive a text message informing you when your order is available at a collection point. 

Several collection point options:

• Post offices (among the 10,000 in France)
  You have 10 working days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
• Pickup point (among 15,000 retailers in France)
  You have 10 working days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
• Pickup locker (among 500 automatic lockers: station, metro, car park...)
  You can collect your parcel 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  You have 3 working days to collect your parcel. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

E-booking

I order online, collect and pay in shop

E-booking is a free service which allows you to reserve your items online and collect them directly from CHAUSSEA shops.
Payment is made at the checkout when you pick up your order.
E-booking is only available on items in stock in the shop.

E-booking allows you to benefit from a additional discount of -10% directly applied to your online order. If the price of the product in the shop is lower than the price including this discount, you automatically benefit from the lower price in the shop and the e-booking discount does not apply.

To make an e-booking, place your order online and choose "e-booking" at the delivery method selection stage. You will receive an SMS informing you when your order is available in shop. The average preparation time is one hour.  
You will need to collect your order within 2 working days. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled. 

Click & Collect

I order and pay online and collect in shop

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to reserve your items online and collect them directly from CHAUSSEA shops.
Payment is made online.
Click & Collect is only available on items in stock in the shop.

Click & Collect allows you to benefit from a additional discount of -10% directly applied to your online order.
