Payment

Payment methods

We accept payment by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard), Paypal and Bancontact (only for Belgium).
Gift cards and shop credits are only valid in CHAUSSEA shops.

Your payment is debited at the time of dispatch of your order. 
The amount debited is recalculated according to the items that will actually be dispatched to you (out of stock when your order is prepared), with the exception of payments made with Bancontact, for which the bank account is debited at the time the order is validated.

Secure payments

Your payment information and bank details are encrypted and secured on the payment server of our HIPAY provider. 
HIPAY is a payment institution approved in France by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR). 
HIPAY uses the strictest security standards, in particular 3Dsecure.
