Payment methods

We accept payment by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard), Paypal and Bancontact (only for Belgium).

Gift cards and store credits are only valid in CHAUSSEA stores.

Your payment is debited when your order is shipped. 

The amount debited is recalculated according to the items that will actually be shipped to you (out of stock when your order is prepared), with the exception of payments made with Bancontact, for which the bank account is debited when the order is validated.

Secure payments

No payment information is stored. Your bank details will be transmitted in encrypted form so that they cannot be read. They will be recorded directly on our Payment Service Provider's secure payment server. As part of our anti-fraud measures, we use 3D Secure V2 payment on orders placed by CB, VISA and MASTER CARD. 3D Secure (also known as Verified by VISA) is a payment system based on strong authentication of the cardholder, which reinforces the security of your online purchases. You can pay online with complete confidence by entering your credit card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of your card in the spaces provided. At the moment of payment, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction. You will be transferred to your bank's website, where you will be asked to identify yourself. This procedure is specific to your bank, which may, for example, ask you to validate your transaction on your cell phone. In particular, the customer is asked to ensure that the payment is secure, by checking in the browser address bar that the address begins with “https”. Once this step has been confirmed, your payment is finalized and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
