You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return.
Products returned must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
CHAUSSEA reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected. 

You have 2 options for returning goods:

1- In-store

Go directly to the store with the product(s) and your invoice. You will find your invoice in the order confirmation email or in your customer area.
In-store returns are only possible in stores in France and Belgium. If your delivery is in another country, please make your return online.
For France, the refund will be made to the means of payment used when ordering or in the form of a credit note usable in the CHAUSSEA store.
For Belgium, we will offer you an exchange or a credit note that can be used in a CHAUSSEA store.

2- Online

Go to your customer area, in "My orders". Select the order and make a return request. You will receive a transport label allowing you to return the product(s).
Drop off your package:

  • or in a post office,
  • or in your mailbox by requesting a pick-up on this form.

The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
If the payment was made with Bancontact, we will ask you to provide a bank account number to proceed with the refund. 
Online return is currently only available for orders delivered to your home or to a pick-up point.
