You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return.
Products returned must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
CHAUSSEA reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected.
You have 2 options for returning goods:
Go directly to the shop with the product(s) and your invoice. You will find your invoice in the order confirmation email or in your customer area.
The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order or in the form of a credit note that can be used in CHAUSSEA shops.
In-store returns are only possible in stores in France and Belgium. If your delivery is in another country, please make your return online.
Go to your customer area, in "My orders". Select the order and make a return request. You will receive a transport label allowing you to return the product(s).
Drop off your package:

- or in your mailbox by requesting a pick-up on this form.
The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
If the payment was made with Bancontact, we will ask you to provide a bank account number to proceed with the refund.
Online return is currently only available for orders delivered to your home or to a pick-up point.
